I posted a video on LinkedIn. Someone left a comment that made me stop.
They asked, Look for what’s missing if implemented?
That question does not look for what is broken. It looks for what could help. It pulls your eyes to hope instead of blame. It feels fresh. It feels better.
They also wrote, The truth will set you free. But at first, it will piss you off.
That hits hard.
Because many of us hide from truth.
We fear it.
We paint over it.
But the game of getting better demands honesty.
You cannot fix what you will not name.
You cannot build if you lie about the ground you stand on.
Change is hard.
We all know this.
Be gentle with yourself, because change IS hard.
So, I keep coming back to one small question.
What can I do where I am?
In all that we do, let us seek wisdom, discipline, courage & justice.
